EMBROIDERED LABELS
Exclusively upon customer request.
THE PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:
• Provide us with the desired label design (draft)
• You will receive a sample in 10 days
• The price and delivery time are defined based on the sample
• The minimum quantity for the production of embroidered labels is 2000 pieces.
Note: The preferred format for label drafts is vector in 1:1 scale
CLASSIFICATION BY APPLICATION AND SEWING METHOD:
• Sew-in – Integrated into the seam, making it one of the fastest ways to attach a label.
• Sew-on – A more elegant label. It is mostly used for sewing shirts, suits, etc.
• Emblem – Laser cut to the desired shape. It can also be used as a decorative detail on any part of a garment.
The price of the label is primarily influenced by the following factors:
• Label size
• Number of colors incorporated into the label (maximum 7)
• Number of pieces ordered (larger number = lower price)
Upon your request, we deliver metal tags with your logo or inscription.
• You need to send us the design (logo or inscription) in vector format, and within 15-20 days, we will deliver the desired tags.
• They can be made in all shapes and sizes, and the colors are: nickel, black nickel, gold, antique silver, oxide…
• Minimum quantity: 5000 pieces
• The price of the tag depends on the size of the tag.
• The production of the mold for the tags is paid in advance!

SLIDERS
The slider serves to connect or separate elements as the zipper closes or opens. Different types of sliders are available depending on the use.
Automatic Sliders
The zipper is automatically locked when it is at rest,
i.e. until it is manually moved. When the puller is down,
it locks automatically. When it is raised, the zipper opens.
Double Sliders
Zippers with double sliders can be opened and closed
both front and back.
They are available with automatic and manual locking.
Non-locking Sliders
Zippers with these sliders do not lock in any
position because they do not have a locking mechanism.
Two-sided Slider
Zippers with a two-sided slider open and close from the
front or back.
They are available in both automatic and manual.
PRINTED LABELS
You can immediately order labels with the raw material composition and maintenance instructions for materials purchased at S&SAX. For other materials, we also offer this service upon request.
The label can also include your logo, i.e. can be done according to your design.
