SLIDERS
The slider serves to connect or separate elements as the zipper closes or opens. Different types of sliders are available depending on the use.
Automatic Sliders
The zipper is automatically locked when it is at rest,
i.e. until it is manually moved. When the puller is down,
it locks automatically. When it is raised, the zipper opens.
Double Sliders
Zippers with double sliders can be opened and closed
both front and back.
They are available with automatic and manual locking.
Non-locking Sliders
Zippers with these sliders do not lock in any
position because they do not have a locking mechanism.
Two-sided Slider
Zippers with a two-sided slider open and close from the
front or back.
They are available in both automatic and manual.

EMBROIDERED LABELS
Exclusively upon customer request.
THE PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:
• Provide us with the desired label design (draft)
• You will receive a sample in 10 days
• The price and delivery time are defined based on the sample
• The minimum quantity for the production of embroidered labels is 2000 pieces.
Note: The preferred format for label drafts is vector in 1:1 scale
CLASSIFICATION BY APPLICATION AND SEWING METHOD:
• Sew-in – Integrated into the seam, making it one of the fastest ways to attach a label.
• Sew-on – A more elegant label. It is mostly used for sewing shirts, suits, etc.
• Emblem – Laser cut to the desired shape. It can also be used as a decorative detail on any part of a garment.
The price of the label is primarily influenced by the following factors:
• Label size
• Number of colors incorporated into the label (maximum 7)
• Number of pieces ordered (larger number = lower price)
Upon your request, we deliver metal tags with your logo or inscription.
• You need to send us the design (logo or inscription) in vector format, and within 15-20 days, we will deliver the desired tags.
• They can be made in all shapes and sizes, and the colors are: nickel, black nickel, gold, antique silver, oxide…
• Minimum quantity: 5000 pieces
• The price of the tag depends on the size of the tag.
• The production of the mold for the tags is paid in advance!

PODELA PO MESTU PRIMENE I NAČINU UŠIVANJA:
• Ušivna – Ugrađuje se u šav i samim tim je jedan od najbržih načina ugradnje etikete.
• Našivna – Elegantnija etiketa. Najviše se primenjuje kod šivenja košulja, odela itd.
• Amblem – Laserski sečen po željenom obliku. Može se koristiti i kao ukrasni detalj na bilo kom delu odevnog predmeta.
Na cenu etikete prvenstveno utiču sledeći faktori:
• Veličina etikete
• Broj boja ugrađenih u etiketu (maksimum 7)
• Broj poručenih komada (veći broj = manja cena)

Po porudžbini radimo i drikere drugih boja i veličina.
Pored standardnih drikera, u ponudi imamo i drikere sa
plastičnom kapom u crnoj, teget i beloj boji. Veličina 15mm.
Svi drikeri koje imamo u ponudi su sistem alfa 54. Ovaj
sistem ima primenu kod trikotažnih materijala zbog lakšeg
kopčanja, dok se za kožu i kepere preporučuje sistem 61.
Ovaj sistem radimo samo po porudžbini.
Kod nas možeti poručiti i drikere sa Vašim logom.
U ponudi imamo antimagnetne bebi drikere.

Naši bebi drikeri su izuzetnog kvaliteta i u svom sastavu ne sadrže nikl, što je jako bitan uslov kod izrade dečije garderobe NICKEL FREE.
Po Vašem zahtevu mogu se uraditi i bebi drikeri u bojama po Vašoj želji. Za sve bebi drikere iz naše ponude imamo i odgovarajući alat za montažu na presi.

• Mogu se raditi u svim oblicima i veličinama, a boje su: nickel, black nickel, gold, antik silver, oxide…
• Minimimalna količina: 5000 komada
• Cena pločice zavisi od veličine pločice.
• Izrada kalupa za pločice se plaća avansno!
Metalni rajsferšlusi
Odlikuje ih dugotrajnost i velika izdržljivost.
Najveću primenu su našli u džinsu i HTZ – u
Sami kreirajte rajsferšlus. Rok isporuke od 15 – 20 dana.
Prilikom porudžbine možete izabrati:

ŠTAMPANE ETIKETE
Za materijale kupljene u S&SAX – u odmah možete poručiti i etikete sa sirovinskim sastavom i načinom održavanja. Za ostale materijale, ovu uslugu radimo i po zahtevu.
Etiketa može imati i Vaš logo, tj. može biti urađena po Vašem nacrtu.

U ponudi imamo saten trake za štampu u beloj, crnoj, bež, plavoj i crvenoj boji.

- Minimum za porudžbinu je 500 metara (štampa se 500 dužnih metara trake koja se deli na željene dužine rajsferšlusa)
