THE PROCEDURE IS AS FOLLOWS:
• Provide us with the desired label design (draft)
• You will receive a sample in 10 days
• The price and delivery time are defined based on the sample
• The minimum quantity for the production of embroidered labels is 2000 pieces.
Note: The preferred format for label drafts is vector in 1:1 scale
CLASSIFICATION BY APPLICATION AND SEWING METHOD:
• Sew-in – Integrated into the seam, making it one of the fastest ways to attach a label.
• Sew-on – A more elegant label. It is mostly used for sewing shirts, suits, etc.
• Emblem – Laser cut to the desired shape. It can also be used as a decorative detail on any part of a garment.
The price of the label is primarily influenced by the following factors:
• Label size
• Number of colors incorporated into the label (maximum 7)
• Number of pieces ordered (larger number = lower price)

We offer the production of labels from genuine leather or PU leather.

You can immediately order labels with the raw material composition and maintenance instructions for materials purchased at S&SAX. For other materials, we also offer this service upon request.

sistem ima primenu kod trikotažnih materijala zbog lakšeg
kopčanja, dok se za kožu i kepere preporučuje sistem 61.

Služe za obeležavanje na materijalima prilikom krojenja i šivenja.
- Krojačke krede prodajemo na pakovanje od 100 komada.

NITNE
Na lageru imamo nitne raznih oblika i veličina.
Na upit isporučujemo nitne željenog oblika,
dimenzija, boje ili sa vašim logom.
Na Vaš zahtev isporučujemo metalne pločice sa Vašim logom ili natpisom.
• Potrebno je da nam pošaljete pripremu (logo ili natpis) u vektorima i u roku od 15 – 20 dana isporučićemo Vam željene pločice.
• Mogu se raditi u svim oblicima i veličinama, a boje su: nickel, black nickel, gold, antik silver, oxide…
• Minimimalna količina: 5000 komada
• Cena pločice zavisi od veličine pločice.

KLIZAČI
Klizač služi da spaja ili razdvaja elemente dok se rajsferšlus zatvara ili otvara. Dostupne su različite vrste klizača u
zavisnosti od upotrebe.
Automatski klizači
Rajsferšlus je automatski zaključan kada je u fazi mirovanja,
tj. sve dok se ručno ne pomeri. Kada se potezač spusti,
automatski se zaključava. Kada je podignut, rajsferšlus se otvara.
Dupli klizači
Rajsferšlusi sa duplim klizačima se mogu otvarati i zatvarati
i napred i pozadi.
Postoje sa automatskim i ručnim zaključavanjem.
Klizači koji se ne zaključavaju
Rajsferšlus sa ovakvim klizačima se ne zaključavaju na bilo kojoj
poziciji, jer nemaju mehanizam za zaključavanje.
Klizač sa dva lica
Rajsferšlusi sa klizačem sa dva lica se otvaraju i zatvaraju sa
prednje ili zadnje strane.
Postoje i automatski i ručni.
